1.1 About the Platform

2.2 One Account Policy

2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete personal information during the registration process. If an account is opened with false information, hbaze reserves the right to close that account at any time. If any information changes, please update your profile immediately or notify the support team.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The payment methods currently supported on hbaze are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited — deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- hbaze reserves the right to verify any suspicious or unusual transactions.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
- Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed.
- Withdrawals are available through all three methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Where applicable, the required wagering conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
3.3 Transaction Verification
Any deposit or withdrawal request may be held for additional verification at the discretion of the hbaze security team. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant account and transactions will be suspended.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
- Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The wagering requirement stated above must be met in order to convert the bonus into cash.
- Not all games may be available to play with bonus funds — applicable restrictions will be communicated separately.
4.2 VIP Cashback Program
The hbaze VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular gameplay and enjoy greater benefits.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Cashback is calculated each week and credited to the account at the start of the following week.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing arranged bets, or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
User Responsibilities and Obligations
5.1 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. hbaze will not be held liable for account hacking or unauthorised use if we are not informed in a timely manner.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaze platform:
- Attempting to hack, crack, or manipulate the platform's software or systems.
- Playing games through automated bots or software.
- Attempting to harm other users through fraudulent means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Operating an account under another person's identity.
- Placing coordinated bets against the platform.
5.3 Responsible Use
